Bulgaria Air Launches Varna-Amsterdam Flights

Bulgaria Air flag carrier will launch a new regular flight from the coastal city of Varna to Amsterdam June 6.

The direct flight Varna – Amsterdam – Varna will operate every Monday.

The flights will be serviced by Boeings 737-300.

The new flight is part of the summer schedule (March 27, 2005 – October 29, 2005), according to which Bulgaria Air adds new frequencies to Prague, Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam and Barcelona.

Effective the end of May and from the beginning of June Bulgaria Air starts new scheduled flights from Varna to Amsterdam, Vienna and Frankfurt. The direct flight Varna – Vienna – Varna on Fridays, flight Varna – Frankfurt – Varna on Sundays.

The scheduled international flight Varna – London – Varna also adds new frequency. That line started it operation last summer with 2 flights weekly. Now Varna will be in direct connection to London every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Air carrier Hemus Air launches this week a new regular flight from the capital Sofia to the coastal city of Burgas.

The direct flights Burgas – Sofia – Burgas will operate three times a week. The price of the return ticket is set at EUR 90.

Hungarian national air carrier Malev also renews its seasonal flights to Burgas on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast on June 6.
